Pre-Installation Commitments

  1. Prior to installing any equipment (when appropriate) a detailed site survey is performed. The survey ensures full understanding of your building layout, existing cabling and other physical requirements for your new system.
  2. Next a systems configuration fact find is conducted. This identifies exactly what you’d like the new system to do and how you would like it set up to meet the needs of your business, so that you get optimum benefit.
  3. Finally the new system will be pre-configured to your exact requirements at Power Telecoms premises. It is then rigorously stress tested to ensure it fully meets all your requirements prior to installation taking place.

On-Installation Commitments

  1. Because you want your business to run smoothly at all times. The installation of your equipment is carried out on a date and at a time that suits your needs. It will be completed in a fast and efficient manner to minimise disruption.
  2. The installation approach ensures you get the most important phones working at the times that are important to your business needs.
  3. On completion of the installation your staff will be fully trained on your new telephone system … at a time and date that suits the needs of your business.
  4. Finally a ‘Hot wash up’ is carried out. This is usually shortly after installation and is designed to check your delight with the new equipment and finalise any porting of calls or other small improvements.
